An Introduction

Hey Random People Who Might Read This Blog!

My name is Morgan, and I'm the mother of one, with another on the way. I'm also a college student going for my English degree, an unpublished author with a bad case of perfectionism, a wife who avoids housework like the plague, and an avid reader who would be perfectly content to spend her days lounging with a good story and some yummy coffee.

Sometimes I'm rude, or shy, or just downright nasty (usually if I haven't had coffee), but I can also be loyal, intelligent, and cheerful. (I sound like a lovely dog, don't I?) Like all human beings, I am a series of contradictions, and I like it that way.

This blog is to keep my writing skills sharp, my brain sharper, and to express my views on whatever catches my fancy on a day to day basis. If I offend you, sorry. I'm not going to recant, and that's the last sincere apology you'll receive. This is for me. If you like it, great! Tell me! If you don't, don't read it. I won't be hurt.

Sometimes I'll post some of the writing that I've been working on. It will all be copyrighted, so no thievery please. If you'd like to show it to anyone off my blog, ask me. I'll most likely say yes, if you have a decent reason.

Other than that, please enjoy! I'll do my best to post at least once a week, but life as a mom and college student, especially a pregnant one, can be hectic. Still, I'll do my best. Hope you enjoy my site and everything in it. Bye!
